Duratia 60 mg Description

A drug called Duratia 60 mg, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5), helps men who have trouble getting or keeping an erection. Dapoxetine, which is what makes Duratia 60 mg work, helps get and keep an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis.

There are 60 mg of dapoxetine in each green, oval-shaped, film-coated Duratia 60 mg pill. They should be taken by mouth about an hour before you plan to be physical. One 60 mg tablet is the suggested starting dose, but it can be raised to two 60 mg tablets per day if the first pill does not work.

PDE5 inhibitors are the type of ED medicine that Duratia 60 mg is in. It helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis when you are sexually aroused, which increases blood flow and gives you an erection. Most of the time, Duratia 60 mg pills work for up to 4 hours.

Uses

Duratia 60 mg pills are mostly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), which is also called impotence, in men aged 18 and up. Duratia 60 mg will only help you get an erection if you are sexually aroused. There is no evidence that this medicine increases sexual drive or protects against STDs.

Men who have heart problems, liver or kidney damage, bleeding problems, gut ulcers, certain eye problems, or who are taking nitrate medicines shouldn't use it. Also, you should never take it with grapefruit or grapefruit juice because that can make you much more exposed to the drug.

Dosage

When taking Duratia 60 mg pills, it is usually best to take one tablet about an hour before getting sexual. The highest amount is two 60 mg pills per day, spaced at least 24 hours apart. This is based on tolerance and how well the medicine works. Duratia 60 mg pills should only be taken when needed, about an hour before an exercise. They are not meant to be taken every day.

Duratia 30 Mg

Doctors may tell some patients to start with a smaller amount of Duratia 30 mg tablet. Based on how well it works and how well the body can handle it,  you can then be raised to 60 mg or 90 mg.

Duratia 90 Mg

If you do not think the 60 mg tablets work for you, you might want to try the 90 mg pills. If the 60 mg amount does not work more than once, the doctor may suggest taking one Duratia 90 mg tablet about an hour before an exercise. You should not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
